You can permanently delete your HealthLens account and all of its data at any time.
Option 1: in the app
Instant- Open HealthLens and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
Your account is deleted immediately, and you're signed out.
Option 2: by email
If you can't use the app, email help@getapps.tech from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my HealthLens account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

- Your account and sign-in record (name, email, profile photo link)
- All health readings, notes, reminders, your health profile and saved AI insights
- Data stored on your phone, if you use the in-app option
Nothing is kept. Residual copies in our hosting provider's encrypted backups expire automatically, normally within 30 days.
AI providers you connected with your own API key keep data under their own policies. Manage or delete that data with them directly.
